“Bibault meets Moultaka” afforded me the opportunity to delve into the captivating music of Zad Moultaka. Through premieres of Moultaka’s compositions dedicated to me (Karhaba for electric guitar and Ordo ab Chao for classical guitar) , alongside exploring existing repertoire, I established a meaningful artistic collaboration with Zad. This exploration culminated in my Doctoral Thesis titled “Gesture and Gesture Extraction Process in Zad Moultaka’s Music for Solo Guitar: a Performer’s Perspective”, as well as the creation of a YouTube channel documenting our collaborative journey.
